TIRSHIK PLANT (Arum spp.)

Tirshik plant is meticulously collected from forested areas under hygienic conditions, taking into account biodiversity. It is washed using ozone treatment and chopped using industrial methods. Packaged using vacuum packaging, it is available in two forms: raw and freeze-dried.

PRODUCTION OF TIRSHİK SOUP

After being washed with ozone treatment, the tirshik plant is chopped and then sterilized using an autoclave. The fermentation process occurs in a fermentation tank, and it is fully automated and packaged without human touch. The other main ingredient, yogurt, is produced exclusively for our company in a partnered dairy farm as “natural fermented-village style yogurt.” Chickpea flour is sourced from local products through stone grinding, and bulgur wheat is also procured similarly from local mills. Natural mineral salt is used as the salt source. The highest quality standards are targeted for all components of our product. It contains no additives or preservatives; all ingredients are natural.

PACKAGING

The packaging used for the soup is a 3-layer doypack with a sealed lid, specifically designed for food. It has a high aseptic features, allowing for multiple uses, making it reusable for different purposes in your kitchen.
