Tirshik Soup is a probiotic nutrient,made of Arum meryemianum plant, an endemic species of the Osmaniye region in Turkiye, and is famous for its very high antioxidant content. In homemade production, using natural-spontaneous fermentation methods with lactic acid bacteria the ingrdients of the soup are fermented.

Tirshik Plant (endemic species of Cuckoo Pint), chickpea, cracked wheat, yoghurt (natural), salt, starter culture (Kefir bacteria).

3. The difference between home-made Tirshik Soup and Abaka Tech's product ranges.

Abaka Tech Ltd., established in Osmaniye Technology Transfer Office, is a bio-startup company and owns a process patent for the industrial production of Tirshik soup. The other patent issue is the usage of kefir bacteria during the fermentation process. Plant-based products and yogurt, which are added to the probiotic soup fermented by kefir bacteria separately. Thus, the end product has much higher health and healing effects.
